Obie.ai Jobs

Growth Marketing Analyst
Hamilton, Ontario, San Jose, California, Remote

Introduction

20% of time at work is wasted looking for the information you need to do your job. This costs companies millions of dollars in productivity losses every year. Unfortunately, existing products convince these companies to create yet another "silo" of information with their new-age "knowledge platform".

With Obie, our customers create one single source of truth for company knowledge and documentation. Obie enables these organizations connect the knowledge and tools they already use within seconds. Obie also captures knowledge from conversations that happen at work—before it's lost.

So, when questions are asked Obie proactively suggests relevant answers or documents where people work. Instead of digging through file folders on Google Drive or interrupting a colleague, ask Obie a question and he will provide you with an answer in seconds, not hours.

A Growth Marketing Analyst at Obie.ai thrives at the intersection of data, product, engineering and marketing. In this diverse position, you would be responsible for designing both internal (product) and external (marketing) facing growth experiments. You would be expected to track KPIs and make data driven decisions. This is a highly creative position that would be a great fit for a scrappy, resourceful and imaginative individual.

If you're data oriented, experienced in similar growth positions and have technical chops, then you could be the perfect fit.

Company

At Obie.ai our mission is to make company knowledge more accessible and useful. We use AI to surface knowledge from silos and deliver it where questions are asked, speeding up internal support and accelerating growth for mid-sized companies.

While we are backed by amazing investors, both north and south of the border, we pride ourselves on building a sustainable business. Our small and scrappy team has an abundance of passion and grit for the problems we all face accessing knowledge at work. We offer competitive salaries, stock options and a laid-back work environment. We are headquartered in Hamilton, ON (Canada) as well as a location in San Jose, California (USA). With such close proximity to the most innovative companies in both Canada and the United States, we enjoy learning from and promoting a healthy technology ecosystem.
